Your Role & Responsibilities: Provide leadership, management, and oversight of nursing practice and clinical care delivery. Coordinate and supervise the assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Support efficient clinic operations through problem-solving, staffing, and resource management. Collaborate with multiple teams across pediatric specialties to ensure seamless patient care. Ensure adequate staffing and material resources are available to support patient needs. Mentor and support clinical staff, fostering a positive, compliant, and ethical work environment. Adhere to the ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Assist with clinical problem-solving and operational challenges to promote high-quality care. Qualifications: Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN). Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Two years experience preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Pediatric Oncology or Infusion Room experience preferred. Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies. Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
