Required Qualifications and Skills
- Assemble benefits enrollment packets and support related administrative processing.- Perform accurate data entry, scanning, copying, and electronic document handling.
- Answer phones and provide backup receptionist coverage using a multiline phone system.
- Process outgoing mail using Pitney Bowes equipment. - 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Experience answering phones using a multiline phone system.
- Proficiency with Office 365, especially Outlook and Word.
- Basic Excel skills for light data entry.
- High school diploma required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting benefits enrollment, HR-related paperwork, or similar document-heavy administrative processes.
- Prior experience with Pitney Bowes mailing systems or office mailing equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with shifting administrative priorities.
