Job Description About the Role We are seeking an Event Associate to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing activities. This position works closely with the events and marketing team to help ensure programs are organized, professional, and effectively executed. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, and organized, with strong communication skills and an interest in events, marketing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination and execution of events and promotional activities Support event setup, organization, and day-to-day logistics Engage with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions Assist with brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives Prepare and organize event materials and promotional resources Help maintain an organized and professional event environment Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team Track event activity and assist with basic reporting Collaborate with marketing and operations team members Provide additional event and marketing support as needed Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable interacting directly with customers Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in events, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or a related area is preferred Comprehensive training and ongoing support Collaborative team environment Hands-on event and marketing experience Opportunities for continued growth and increased responsibility Market Value, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
