Legal Counsel

The Private Client Services group of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP is looking to hire a Counsel for their thriving Private Wealth practice. The position would be resident in Katten's Chicago, IL office. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in administering and settling decedent estates and trusts, funding trusts, probate filings, preparing and filing estate tax and gift tax returns, and related activities. All candidates must be skilled at working directly with clients and the clients’ other advisers, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Qualified applicants should include a resume and law school transcript with their application. The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000-$450,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to: relevant experience and work history, graduation and class year, and practice area of the selected candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
