As an onsite professional, you will work full-time, with a commitment of 37.5 hours weekly, directly collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will be essential in fostering student growth, independence, and participation within the educational environment.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous OT experience in a K-12 school setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Proficiency in assessment, progress monitoring, and adaptive interventions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop goal-driven intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Support students’ participation in learning activities and school routines
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP development
• Educate staff and families on strategies to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records in line with school district protocols
