ABA Billing Specialist

To support billing operations, the part-time hourly ABA Billing Specialist will manage claims processing, ensure accurate billing, and maintain compliance with insurance requirements. Key responsibilities Manage the submission and follow-up of insurance claims for ABA services Ensure accurate billing and coding in accordance with industry standards Maintain documentation and records to support compliance with insurance regulations Required qualifications Experience in medical billing, specifically in ABA or behavioral health settings Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures related to ABA services Familiarity with billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical billing preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in processing claims
