About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal leadership role with a focus on strategic financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of a third-party accounting team, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, and maintaining the organization's capital forecast. This role also involves preparing and presenting financial results and analysis to the Board of Directors, providing strategic financial guidance to executive leadership, and completing various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 7-10 years' of progressive accounting and finance experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a must, and advanced Excel skills are preferred. A CPA and/or MBA is also preferred, with a background in the real estate industry being a significant advantage. The role requires a candidate who is adept at influencing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy, and who can work closely with executive leadership on key business decisions. Experience with Vantaca software is a plus.
