Senior Technical Account Manager

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Clutch Security, you'll be part of an elite technical team bridging customers, product, and R&D. This role combines deep cybersecurity expertise with hands-on engineering and customer-facing aspects to deliver advanced solutions for some of the world's most complex environments. You'll partner with customers, prospects, and internal teams to design and implement innovative use cases, act as a trusted security advisor, and conduct threat-hunting and risk analysis across diverse ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Advanced Solutions: Partner with customers to build and operationalize complex technical integrations and use cases across Cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.
• Drive Customer Success: Lead hands-on sessions and technical workshops with customer teams, guiding them to effectively deploy, adopt, and maximize the value of Clutch.
• Threat Hunting & Rapid Response: Support customers during security events and proactively analyze environments to uncover emerging threats.
• Enhance Platform Intelligence: Develop and integrate cybersecurity content — including threat detections, risk models, and correlation logic — into the Clutch platform.
• Collaborate on Innovation: Bridge field insights with product and R&D teams to refine features, detections, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Security Engineering, Security Research, DevSecOps, or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Technical Depth: Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and identity systems (IAM, secrets management, Zero Trust).
• Python knowledge: Solid automation and scripting skills.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Familiarity with threat detection, incident response, and security posture management practices.
• Technical Communication: Able to clearly articulate complex security topics to both technical and executive audiences.
• Problem Solving: Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to own problems end-to-end in fast-moving environments.
