About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Analytics to lead the development and execution of the agency's analytics strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing data collection, measurement frameworks, and the generation of advanced insights across all HCP/DTC pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing campaigns. This role involves serving as the primary strategic advisor to executive leadership and client brands, ensuring that complex data is translated into actionable insights that drive brand commercialization and media optimization. The VP, Analytics will also be tasked with architecting and implementing measurement plans, overseeing data governance and compliance protocols, and directing the agency's data integration efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree highly preferred, and at least 8-10 years' of experience in marketing analytics, digital strategy, or business intelligence. A minimum of 5 years' in a leadership role within a pharmaceutical advertising agency is mandatory. The role requires a deep understanding of HCP/DTC pharmaceutical marketing strategies and the product lifecycle, as well as in-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy laws, and regulatory bodies. Hands-on experience with specialized pharmaceutical data ecosystems and advanced proficiency in enterprise analytics suites and business intelligence platforms are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing data and analytics teams, and possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present technical data in a clear and impactful manner.
