Front Desk Staff (part-time)

We provide personal and professional support, training and development and flexible employment opportunities. **About the role** HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and reliable **Front Desk Attendant** to join the team at our large client site in **Westlake, Texas** . This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, providing coverage when additional support is needed. Shifts are typically 5 hours and may be scheduled in the afternoon or evening, depending on peak usage times at the fitness center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, values flexibility, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Schedule: Mondays -Fridays: 2 pm-7 pm, occasional early morning coverage 6am-10am Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or GED required. + Previous customer service experience a plus. + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. The compensation range for this role is $14.50 - $16.50/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
