Client Advisor – Commercial Card You will play a key role in delivering an unparalleled customer experience through phone, email, and in‑person interactions across the commercial payments relationships. In alignment with a geographic banking territory, you will support Tier 2 and Tier 3 Commercial Card Program clients and program administrators. Responsibilities Deliver an unparalleled customer experience through multiple contact channels. Act as the subject‑matter expert and point of contact for program administrators, company contacts, and internal business partners, providing consultation, research, and solutions for complex card program inquiries, issues, and escalations. Track client issues and resolution, working with appropriate resources to ensure follow‑up and client or business partner satisfaction. Provide proactive communication with clients and internal partners regarding all components of the client experience and set proper expectations. Deliver training and education to clients and business partners on program tools and best practices via multiple communication channels, including in person. Participate in the identification of process improvement and program growth opportunities through root‑cause analysis and program review. Collaborate with clients and internal resources to implement process improvements and develop strategic program solutions. Complete complex administrative requests such as creating card strategies, account modifications, expense‑management best practices, and other card program maintenance. Work with account executives or card sales officers to develop program reviews and deliver periodic materials to support program growth, training, and best‑practice knowledge sharing. Adapt to changes in system tools, program updates, internal communications, compliance, and policy changes as needed. Execute special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. 2years of credit‑card program or financial‑services experience; or 3–5years of client‑relationship management, customer‑service & sales experience in a related field, operations technical support experience, or equivalent education. Ability to identify and solve routine technical and end‑user system‑tool issues. Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership and lines of business effectively and professionally. Compensation US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $47,100–$68,600. U.S. Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $43,000–$62,800. U.S. Employees in all other states: $38,910–$56,990.
