The Role As an Account Executive at MFW, you will prospect and develop new business through cold outreach and relationship building while managing and growing your existing book of business. You'll work across all freight modes with no restrictions on what you can sell, developing customized shipping solutions around each client's unique needs. You'll collaborate with operations and carrier teams to deliver on commitments, know when to say no to the wrong business, and represent MFW's culture of honesty, hustle, and client-first thinking in every interaction.
