Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique emotional needs of adults.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address specific family dynamics, behavioral issues, and personal challenges.

• Utilize video conferencing software to deliver engaging and impactful therapy sessions.

• Empower clients and their families to cultivate skills and strategies for addressing their challenges constructively.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, diagnose issues, and outline appropriate treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing an array of emotional disorders who are seeking support for issues ranging from relationship conflicts to mental health crises. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, providing you the opportunity to apply culturally competent practices in your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is mandatory.

• An active LMFT license issued by the State of California is required.
\n
• Minimum of three years of professional experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
\n
• Competence in using technology, particularly video conferencing tools, to conduct therapy sessions; prior experience in telehealth is highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic principles, building client engagement, and effective intervention methods.

• Experience working within a collaborative care model or similar multi-disciplinary settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
