Job Description Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Macon, Georgia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and providing support in a behavioral classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to provide support and guidance in the behavioral classroom. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors. Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and the implementation of BIPs. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure successful outes. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational team to develop appropriate goals and objectives for students. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring. municate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and strategies for success. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience in developing and implementing BIPs. Previous experience working in a behavioral classroom setting is highly preferred. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
