Qualifications:

• 4-year degree and 2+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience (or equivalent experience)
• Experience selling custom engineered or manufactured products
• Background in consultative/value-based selling
• Strong communicator with a service-first mindset
• Business-savvy with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to learn
• Skilled in ERPs, CRMs, and technical systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

This role involves standing, walking, talking, using hands, and occasional lifting (15 pounds or less). This role may require working near industrial equipment that can generate electromagnetic fields (EMF). Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) may affect certain implanted medical devices.
