Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform alongside your own network
• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Follow up with prospects to maintain enthusiasm and aid their hiring journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on successful meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation
