Business Operations ManagerBusiness Operations Manager responsible for enabling Product Management and Marketing leadership through operational support, business planning & analytics, and cross-functional program management.ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Strategic SupportManage executive calendars for OCI Product Management & Marketing leadership.Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, and decision-support materials.Conduct analysis to support organizational planning efforts.Track action items and ensure accountability across the leadership team.Program & Project ManagementFor key initiatives, support cross-functional projects from planning through execution.Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, etc.Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organizations.Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.Financial & Budget ManagementManage organizational operating budgets and forecasting activities.Track spend against budget and identify opportunities for optimization.Support annual planning, headcount forecasting, and investment prioritization.Partner with Finance on business reviews and planning cycles.Operational ExcellenceMeasure and analyze team and project effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.Improve organizational processes, governance, and operational cadence.Manage leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions.Coordinate cross-functional communications and organizational initiatives.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.Facilitate decision-making among senior leaders.Represent executive leadership in meetings and follow-up activities as needed.QualificationsDisclaimer:Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.
