Facilities Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Coordinate facility maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, cleaning, landscaping, and security services. Manage vendor relationships by assisting with contractor sourcing, scheduling, performance monitoring, and service quality reviews. Maintain facility records, compliance documentation, service contracts, inventory levels, and support budgeting and procurement activities. Support workplace operations by coordinating office moves, space planning, safety initiatives, and employee support services. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities. Working knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing components. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software; experience with purchasing, inventory management, or budget tracking. Preferred Skills & Experience Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.
