Experience managing commercial HVAC service operations required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions. Professional, reliable, and customer‑focused mindset. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Work Environment Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays. Office‑based role with a structured, distraction‑free environment. Requires the ability to effectively manage remote communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage and track HVAC work orders to ensure timely completion and service delivery. Communicate daily with service providers and customers via phone and email for status updates. Update and maintain work order systems with accurate, real‑time information. Use Excel to organize, prioritize, and analyze work order data. Coordinate with internal teams on escalations, reassignments, and invoicing issues. Assist with dispatching work orders as needed.
