Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Remote (Travel to Columbus, OH required as needed) Interview Process First round via TEAMS. Local candidates may have an in‑person second round at Rhodes Tower in Columbus. Job Description Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and plan/execute future sprints. Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers. Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help development teams and end users visualize requirements. Interview internal users to understand current product feature usage and business problems. Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features. Collaborate with Developers, Application Architects, and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom developments and system integrations. Manage product demos with stakeholders to gather feedback for improvements. Lead process flow analysis and process redesign. Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze, and translate functional and non‑functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows. Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests. Create or update project deliverables, artifacts, and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements. Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures. Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands. Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions. Requirements Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements. Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements.
