Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Collect and process specimens including blood, urine, and other samples
• Perform waived laboratory tests at a mobile or remote facility
• Ensure quality control of reagents and instrumentation
• Enter patient demographic and test order information accurately
• Monitor STAT testing protocols to ensure timely results
• Troubleshoot instrument or computer issues when needed
• Maintain proper inventory and documentation for compliance
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
• Assist with specimen collection via venipuncture and capillary methods
• Support laboratory operations by performing clerical tasks related to testing and reporting

What You Need

• Required: State license/certification for laboratory or phlebotomy work
• Experience: Previous hands-on experience in laboratory testing or specimen collection preferred
• Skills: Attention to detail, proper communication, and adherence to safety protocols
• Preferred: Experience with point of care testing and working in mobile lab settings

About the Assignment

This role involves working in a mobile laboratory environment, servicing multiple care facilities across the region. The technician will operate a delivery van to support high-volume STAT testing and ensure timely, accurate results. The team is committed to quality, safety, and providing excellent patient care.
