What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology/oncology patient care in a hospital setting
• Support both benign and malignant hematology cases with specialized skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Assist with procedures specific to hematology inpatient services
• Participate in daily rounds and patient assessments
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and manage patient information effectively
• Contribute to building the hospital's bone marrow and hematology programs as needed

What You Need

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Hematology/Oncology
• Minimum of 2+ years of hematology/oncology experience, strongly focused on hematology cases
• Comfortable with benign and malignant hematology patients
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
