Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth, adapting to different communication styles and therapeutic needs.

• Performing thorough assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, while developing personalized treatment plans that are both realistic and effective.

• Employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Engaging in multi-disciplinary collaboration with fellow therapists, case managers, and healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client’s well-being.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes in compliance with best practices and organizational policies, using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a related field) from an accredited university.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Strong abilities in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and applying appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Selection preference will be given to candidates who have:

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work or similar services.

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic or community health setting, especially in a remote capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
