Bilingual HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Compliance

Redwall LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy bilingual HR Generalist to lead our day-to-day human resources functions within a manufacturing/printing environment. You will serve as a strategic partner and primary HR contact for employees and managers, overseeing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is proficient with Paycom #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Wall Prints
