Back Office Consultant
Job Description
Perform trade confirmation, settlement, and reporting for time deposit and corporate deposit products. Conduct bank's systems user recertification periodically. Monitor all payment status for responsible products. Conduct daily general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliation for treasury products. Perform monthly and quarterly revaluations and business reports. Support treasury product related UAT testing. Prepare documents and responses to information requested by internal, external audits, Head Office. Draft and update product procedure for review and approval. Support the ad-hoc project that assigned by team lead.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Back Office Consultant should have: Bilingual ability to speak Mandarin and English. 1 year of relevant experience required, 3 years of total working experience preferred. Experience in General Ledger reconciliation and UAT test support recommended. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management. Understanding of treasury functions and financial product characteristics.
