Position Overview

The Contract Technical Recruiter will own full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across engineering, product, data, and emerging technology teams. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop sourcing strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

\n

\n
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
\n
• Drive recruiting efforts for a variety of technical positions across multiple business areas.
\n
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
\n

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

\n

\n
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
\n
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
\n
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
\n
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to support workforce planning.
\n

Strategic Partnership

\n

\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.
\n
• Provide insight on talent market conditions, candidate trends, and recruiting best practices.
\n
• Influence stakeholders on interview calibration, process improvements, and hiring decisions.
\n
• Help elevate recruiting standards and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Recruiting Operations

\n

\n
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
\n
• Monitor recruiting metrics and share progress updates with stakeholders.
\n
• Collaborate with recruiting and HR team members to support broader talent acquisition initiatives.

• Assist with employer branding and networking initiatives as needed.
\n

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting.
\n
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.
\n
• Strong passive candidate sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
\n
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
\n

Preferred

\n
• Experience recruiting within a high-growth startup or scaling organization.
\n
• Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience.
\n
• Familiarity with software engineering, product, data, and AI-related roles.
\n
• Experience using recruiting analytics and technology to drive improved outcomes.
\n
• International recruiting exposure is a plus but not required.
