CNC Machinist

Join a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility operating CNC machines. We're looking for an experienced machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple CNC machines.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Read blueprints and verify part specifications.
• Identify and report tooling, quality, or machine issues.
• Document inspection results and support continuous production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Citizen Swiss experience is a plus.

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
