Job Description

As a skilled manual Machinist with experience operating CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision machining, the ability to interpret blueprints and commitment to producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
• Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
• Fabricates precision parts from metal, plastic fiber, aluminum, etc., using CNC machine tools such as lathes, and milling machines, adjusting machine settings, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CNC Operator.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, geometric dimensions, and job specifications.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and various hand tools.
• Be able to train on 1st Shift 45-60 Days

The base salary range for this position is $20-$23 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
