To reflect this proud history, they selected GreatHorse, English for "Gran Cavallo," the title of Leonardo Da Vinci's magnificent horse statue.Food and Beverage SupervisorGreatHorsePosition Summary:A Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations within the hospitality dining areas to ensure quality service, Member satisfaction, and efficient team performance.Your Role:Supervise daily food and beverage operations Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runnersEnsure excellent customer service and Member satisfaction Monitor food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally Assist with shift coordination when necessaryHelp coach new employees on company procedures and service expectations Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies Assist with monthly beverage inventorySupport point-of-sale procedures Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams Help maintain labor cost controls Maintains reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Your Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills Strong time management with the ability to meet deadlines close attention to detail and accuracy Conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills Professional verbal and written communication abilitiesDesirable requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required 1 yr Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods of timePhysical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
