Inside Sales Coordinator

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a growing law firm, the full-time Inside Sales Coordinator will generate new business opportunities by engaging with inbound leads, providing exceptional customer experiences, and collaborating with internal teams while based in the Virginia Beach office with remote work options available. Key Responsibilities: Generate new sales opportunities by reaching out to inbound leads via phone calls and follow-up emails Use active listening and effective interviewing techniques to identify and understand client needs Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking lead progress and interactions Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets Strong phone presence with the ability to make numerous phone calls per day Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word) Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot
