Georgia Licensed Client Relationship Manager

As the primary liaison between insurance carriers and clients, the full-time Georgia Licensed Client Relationship Manager will manage commercial insurance programs, handle renewals, and address day-to-day service inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and driving client satisfaction in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively communicating expectations, updates, and recommendations Lead the renewal process by preparing and presenting coverage options, including benchmarking and exposure analysis Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional insurance designation preferred Current state license required (Property & Casualty) 2-4+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex information Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
