The Iowa Clinic, P.C. is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty organization. This is a unique opportunity to join an established, high-functioning CT Surgery program with immediate Cardiac and Thoracic case volumes. The role offers strong Cardiology and Vascular support, along with a clear shareholder path. Practice Info Growing team of 2 experienced CT Surgeons and 3 APPs Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 4 Vascular Surgeons CVS Co-management agreement with Iowa’s largest health system Single location – Level I Trauma Center Access to 2 designated cardiac surgery ORs and 2 hybrid procedural suites Team of 13 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiologists Responsibilities ~ Teach and work with residents Compensation Guarantee of $800,000 + RVU and Quality Incentives Up to $100,000 Signing Incentive Benefits ~ Significant Signing Incentive ~ Shareholder Track (Physician Ownership) ~401k w/ Profit Sharing ~ Excellent benefits include: PTO, CME, optional health, dental, vision, long-term disability, long-term care and term life insurance, and flexible spending accounts Shift & Schedule ~ Call 1:3 with APP support – shared equally, supporting a balanced lifestyle Requirements ~ BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon
