Their success has been driven by a strong client-focused approach, repeat business, and a collaborative company culture that emphasizes teamwork and long-term relationships.Your new roleDue to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the company is looking to add an Estimator to support both negotiated and competitive pursuits across a diverse portfolio of work.You'll join an established estimating department consisting of: Senior Estimators, Estimators and Bid Coordination support.The team operates using a collaborative approach, sharing responsibilities and leading projects based on workload, expertise, and project type.You will be responsible for preparing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing. Perform quantity takeoffs and scope analysis. Collaborate with operations teams throughout the pre-construction process.What you'll need to succeed4+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor environment.Must have experience pricing projects within the restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or commercial interiors sectors.Strong ability to perform detailed quantity take-offs and scope reviews.Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, plans, specifications, and bid documents.Ability to solicit, qualify, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.Comfortable building budgets, conceptual estimates, and competitive bid proposals.Ability to identify scope gaps, value engineering opportunities, and potential project risks during the estimating process.Experience liaising directly with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal operations teams throughout the pre-construction phase.Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.What you'll get in returnBase Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (Negotiable based on experience)Annual bonusComprehensive benefits package including Healthcare, Dental, Vision401K Match PTOMileage reimbursementStrong career progression opportunitiesWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
