Member Sales Responsibilities:Lead generation and nurturing: networking, community outreach, referrals, phone calls, emails, texts, etc.New member signupsTour and Trial BookingTrial follow up and conversionsCreating and executing internal referral lead generation programMember Relations Responsibilities:Continued support, interactions, and communication with members after signup, driving engagement and progressAssist members with scheduling their 1-1 fitness coaching appointments and signature studio classesEnsure that members check in when arriving to the facility, while monitoring status of member programsMaintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area and ensure the members have a great club experienceObjectives:Meet club sales & lead goalsProvide a great member experienceAssist management as neededEnsure members are giving an NPS score of 8 or higherRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Strong critical thinking ability with great multi-tasking skills requiredCreate and build strong relationships with peoplePassion for helping people feel healthy, happy and strongDoesn't mind rejection, rather sees it as a step to getting a yesSelf motivated and driven to achieve set goalsPrefers working with a team that becomes a second familySo passionate about helping people stay healthy that overcoming their objections, fears and hesitations comes naturallyGood with technology and softwarePosition Requirements:2 years sales experience minimum (prefer 5 years)Full and part time positions available (minimum 20 hours per week)Morning, evening and weekend hours will be required as necessaryMust be career minded and desire to grow with the company long termTotal On Target Earnings - $22-$30 an hour Perks:Complimentary 1:1 personal training session weeklyComplimentary full access to facilities and amenitiesPTO Based on hours workedDiscount on apparel and merchandiseHealthcare reimbursement planCompensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourEnergy Fitness is more than a gym.
