Business Account ManagerRecruiting Services Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan | HybridWe are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to bring in new clients and grow our recruiting business. This role focuses on connecting with employers, identifying hiring needs, and securing agreements for direct hire and on-site recruiting services throughout the United States.Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who communicates confidently, takes initiative, follows up consistently, and is motivated to achieve results.This is a hybrid position based in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with remote work and in-person client meetings, networking, and team collaboration as needed.ResponsibilitiesReach prospective clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.Build relationships with business owners, HR professionals, plant managers, and hiring leaders.Learn about employers' hiring challenges and explain how our recruiting services can help.Schedule meetings, present services, follow up on proposals, and secure new client agreements.Identify opportunities for direct hire and on-site recruiting support.Expand relationships into additional departments and company locations.Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.Collaborate with the recruiting team to communicate client needs and expectations.Work toward agreed-upon activity, new client, and revenue goals.
