Security Officer Experienced Field Patrol – Ashville, OH Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out assigned security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify potential concerns and report security‑related issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site rules related to restricted areas and authorized entry. Communicate with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns, and other security‑related matters. Minimum Requirements Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
