The Type Of Candidate We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:

• Current CPT1 certification in the state of California
• 1+ years of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance
• Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills

At least 1 year of customer service experience and bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong are highly desirable for this phlebotomy position.

Your Day-To-Day As An In-Office Phlebotomist

In this phlebotomy role, your day will be filled with meaningful, hands-on work. You'll draw blood with care and confidence, collect drug test specimens, review and manage paperwork, perform live scans, and prepare specimens for shipping and spinning.
