Project Renewal is a leading nonprofit in New York City dedicated to helping people achieve dignity and independence through health, housing and employment services. East Williamsburg Men’s Shelter provides emergency housing and comprehensive case management to men ages 55+ with histories of substance use. The Case Manager will handle a caseload of 25–35 clients, conduct intake and psychosocial assessments, develop Individual Living Plans, document in CARES, and support clients toward permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Renewal
