Business Development Manager - Drug Discovery

Business Development Manager for Eurofins Discovery Services driving sales of drug discovery chemistry and pharmacology products and services across an assigned territory. The role combines client relationship management, territory planning, and strategic business development within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of chemistry, pharmacology products and services to achieve regional targets
- Develop and maintain client relationships through meetings and collaborative engagement
- Build, document, and regularly update territory and regional business plans
- Provide monthly performance reports and competitive analysis against key metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on territory strategies and participate in industry events
Requirements
- 3+ years sales experience with drug discovery and discovery chemistry expertise
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacology, or related scientific discipline
- Proficiency in CRO market dynamics and global business trend analysis
- Strong presentation and communication skills with collaborative approach
- Ability to travel 30-40% within territory and internationally on limited basis
- Work authorization in U.S. without sponsorship requirement
Compensation: $115,000 - $130,000/yr.
