Director of Employee Services & Labor Relations
City of Cincinnati
The City of Cincinnati is seeking an experienced HR professional for the Employee Services Division. This role involves managing employee services, developing HR programs, and overseeing labor negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with a strong preference for a master’s and experience in labor negotiations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage and develop employees are key.
