Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Licensed or eligible for SLP licensure in Colorado
• At least one year of relevant school-based experience (preferred)
• Experience with mild to moderate caseloads; confident managing around 40 students
• Ability to work independently and seamlessly integrate into established systems
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy for Elementary and some PreK students at a single school site
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 mild to moderate students
• Deliver compensatory services and collaborate with educational teams
• Document services, progress, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Facilitate smooth transitions for returning SLP and maintain continuity of care
