Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inside Minds Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular virtual counseling sessions with clients through video chat.

• Facilitating open discussions about clients' emotions and life experiences to promote healing.

• Assisting clients in establishing and achieving their individual therapeutic goals.

• Identifying potential behavioral patterns that may hinder clients' progress in therapy.

• Providing support on healthy coping mechanisms tailored to individual needs.

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress throughout their treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on client populations who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. This includes but is not limited to individuals living in rural areas, those with mobility challenges, and those seeking anonymity in their mental health care. Our clients are typically stable adults with low acuity, which helps create a manageable and positive therapeutic environment for both counselor and client.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the form of one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in technology and the ability to efficiently navigate online therapy systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and working with diverse populations will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation structured to reward your expertise and effort, with a salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually based on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
