AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Infiniti of Wilmington | Wilmington, NC

Infiniti of Wilmington is growing and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team!

If you're great with customers, organized, motivated, and know how to keep a busy service lane moving, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
Communicate repair needs, pricing, and vehicle status with customers
Work closely with technicians, Parts, and Service Management
Sell recommended maintenance and repairs
Follow up with customers and declined services
Maintain accurate repair order documentation
Deliver a professional, high-level customer experience

What We're Looking For

Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Franchise/OEM experience is a plus
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and follow-through
Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
