Details Med/Surg Tele unit in a hospital setting Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and the ED to care for the same patient population Possibility of caring for patients on ventilators Day/Night rotating shifts (3x12 hours), 7pm-7:30am or 7am-7:30pm Shifts may be adjusted to meet hospital operational needs Required to work at least every other holiday Requirements Active OH RN license or compact license in hand Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) Minimum 1 year of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele specialty required One professional reference required from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment within the past 12 months Certifications must be active and in hand, no pending certifications accepted COVID-19 vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only Additional Information Provide direct care to medical/surgical and telemetry patients, including potential ventilator-dependent patients ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment completed during orientation; acceptable scores required for compliance Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date All RTO must be discussed and finalized during the interview process First-time travelers are not accepted for this position American Traveler Job ID P-770619.
