About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 20 weeks (13 weeks also accepted) Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7 PM - 7 AM) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. NIHSS preferred. Must-Have: One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Description: Provide winter coverage as a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry care. This position involves working 3 consecutive night shifts each week. A minimum of 18 months of recent medical-surgical/telemetry experience is required for consideration. Candidates must possess a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license at the time of submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, and NIHSS certification is preferred. References must come from a managerial position in the specialty area and should be recent, within the past 12 months. No co-worker references will be accepted. All required certifications must be active and held at the time of submission. Nurses applying must comply with the facility’s nicotine-free requirements unless exempt. Background checks will be conducted, and candidates must not have any open cases related to their background.
