Key Responsibilities Manage strategic customer relationships from order placement through delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile and premium beauty brand accounts. Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to support customer needs and production timelines. Monitor inventory, forecasts, order status, production schedules, and customer requirements. Lead customer meetings, provide business updates, and deliver timely reporting. Provide responsive, polished, and solutions-focused service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $33.65 to $42.00 per hour. Direct hire opportunity. Required Qualifications and Skills Manage key customer accounts from order placement through delivery. Support customer launches, forecasts, timelines, and account updates. Partner with cross-functional manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Lead customer communication, meetings, reporting, and issue resolution. 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services , or a related customer-facing role. Experience within cosmetics, beauty, skincare, personal care, or consumer products manufacturing . Background managing high-end, premium, or strategic customer accounts. Advanced Excel skills . ERP system experience . Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism. Experience supporting prestigious, high-visibility, or celebrity-backed beauty brands.
