Machine BuilderWe are hiring an experienced Machine Builder for a full-time position in Akron, Ohio. This is a hands-on position for someone with experience assembling industrial machinery, equipment, and mechanical components.Location: Akron, Ohio Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime: Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM as neededResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble industrial machinery and equipmentRead and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructionsInstall mechanical components, hardware, motors, drives, and related equipmentUse hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipmentPerform mechanical adjustments and alignmentsTroubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary correctionsInspect completed assemblies for accuracy and qualityMaintain a safe and organized work areaComplete assigned builds accurately and efficiently with minimal supervisionQualificationsPrevious machine building, equipment assembly, or industrial mechanical experience requiredAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprintsExperience using hand and power toolsStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to troubleshoot mechanical issuesExperience with industrial machinery or custom equipment is preferredAbility to work independently and follow project specificationsNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
