About this opportunity
Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is hiring an Office Assistant based in our Fort Myers, FL office that will provide front desk, administrative, and office operations support. This role helps maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment while supporting daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and facility coordination.
What youll do
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Answer and route calls, manage the main inbox, and maintain front desk operations
- Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, and facility/vendor needs
- Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and conference rooms
- Support administrative tasks including document organization, reporting, and communications
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (construction industry a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
