ComResource is looking for an IT Desktop Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the corporate network infrastructure
• Support end-users across office and manufacturing environments
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain systems and peripherals
• Manage user accounts
• Ensure IT policies and security standards are consistently followed
• Install and configure hardware across desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot operating systems and OS modifications
• Install and configure non-standard and legacy applications
• Assist with resolution of advanced issues
• Coordinate projects of moderate size and organizational span

Essentials:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3–4 years of experience in a desktop support, help desk, or IT technician role
• Demonstrated experience supporting end-users in a Windows environment with Active Directory
• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Desired:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft certification (e.g., MD-102 Endpoint Administrator)
• Familiarity with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Zendesk)
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with enterprise software deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Altiris)
