8 PM, Inc. is a fast-growing property management company overseeing 850+ units across Los Angeles. We're building a high-performance team and looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Property Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do 

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties 

• Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors (phone, email, in-person) • Process applications, leases, notices, and rent collection 

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections 

• Oversee Airbnb/short-term rental listings, bookings, and guest communication • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry 

• Conduct on-site visits for inspections and vendor coordination 

• Handle occasional after-hours issues when needed 

Qualifications 

• Bilingual in Spanish (required) 

• 1+ year of property management experience (preferred) 

• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills 

• Detail-oriented and proactive 

• Comfortable working independently xhyhwjd

• Experience with AppFolio and Google Drive is a plus 

• Valid driver's license + reliable transportation + smart phone 

• Full-time M-F schedule
